Q. How secure will my belongings be? What kind of security do you have?
A. We have a sophisticated video surveillance system and a gate access system that allows only those with authorized access to enter the site. The site is completely fenced and each tenant is responsible for their own lock. In addition, during business hours, we have on-site managers to control access and assist our tenants.
Q. How long of a term am I locked into?
A. The agreement is on a month to month basis with a minimum of one month. After that we require 10 days notice to vacate.
Q. Is storage expensive?
A. As there are various size units available we are sure you will be able to find one that fits your budget and requirements.
Q. Do I need insurance?
A. The price of the units include $2,500.00 worth of insurance coverage.
Q. How often is rent due?
A. Monthly payments are due on the first of each month. At Beech Street Storage, we pro-rate your first month’s rent based on your move-in date.
Q. What methods of payment are acceptable?
A. At Beech Street Storage you can pay by Debit, Credit, Cheque or eTransfer. Although cash is accepted, we would prefer one of the above methods of payment. For your convenience, you can pre-authorize us to charge your credit card monthly which will help you avoid any late fees.

Q. Where can I find supplies to help me with my move?
A. Look no further than our main office for a wide selection of moving, packing and storage supplies. Our staff will also be able to help you with packing solutions and suggestions.
Q. What do I need to rent a unit?
A. A valid Drivers License.
