We have a sophisticated video surveillance system and a gate access system that allows only those with authorized access to enter the site. The site is completely fenced with motion detection and each tenant is responsible for their own lock. During business hours, we have on-site managers to control access and assist our tenants.

The agreement is on a month-to-month basis with a minimum of one month. After that we require 10 days' notice before your due date to vacate.

As there are various size units available we are sure you will be able to find one that fits your budget and requirements.

The price of the units include $2,500.00 worth of insurance coverage.

Monthly payments are due on the first of each month. At Beech Street Storage, we pro-rate your first month's rent based on your move-in date.

You can pay by debit, credit, cheque, or eTransfer. You can also pre-authorize us to charge your credit card monthly to help avoid any late fees.
